You will draw upon your working knowledge of international distribution channels as well as your existing relationships across the French market.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nYour role:\r\n\r\nDeveloping and executing a market entry and expansion strategy for France.\r\n\r\nIdentifying, appointing, and managing new distribution partners.\r\n\r\nBuilding long-standing commercial relationships with dealers, contractors, and agricultural enterprises.\r\n\r\nConducting market analysis to understand competitive positioning and customer needs.\r\n\r\nRepresenting the brand at key industry events, trade shows, and dealer visits.\r\n\r\nProviding market feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.\r\n\r\nDelivering sustainable sales growth and increasing brand visibility throughout France.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\nAbout you:\r\n\r\nFluency in both French and English (essential)\r\n\r\nA proven track record in agricultural machinery sales, export management, or dealer development.\r\n\r\nWillingness to be based in the UK and travel regularly throughout France.\r\n\r\nWorking understanding of the French agricultural sector and dealer networks. \r\n\r\nStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.\r\n\r\nA consultative, relationship-led approach to business development.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\nWhat you can expect:\r\n\r\n Basic salary (in-line with your skills/experience) + commission + package\r\n
