Your
missions :
- Guarantee accuracy of accounting records and timely preparation of financial reporting and statutory accounts, in accordance with both Group accounting policies and local GAAP.
- Provide analyses and advice to management and deliver appropriate documentation to internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and Group laws and regulations.
- Anticipate risks & opportunities driven by changes in accounting rules or regulations.
- Demonstrate ability to challenge existing ways of working and contribute to improvement initiatives towards more efficiency.
- Implement group procedures and adapt locally by defining required policies, practices and procedures and ensuring effective implementation.
- Design and implement the appropriate internal control over financial reporting, including appropriate segregation of duties, to prevent risk of error or fraud.
Your
profile :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA certification preferred).
- Significant professional experience in accounting and financial management, typically 7–10+ years, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS, GAAP, or local standards), financial reporting, consolidation, and tax compliance, skilled in ERP systems and financial tools.
- Proven ability to lead accounting teams, oversee audits, and manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities
- Ability to provide sound accounting judgment, assess financial risks, and support management in decision-making
- Deep understanding of internal controls, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to train and mentor staff.
