About the Role: To manage the sales & distribution of all Poultry product range in his designated area
- Achieve budgeted sales margin targets of Poultry products to deliver the company’s growth objectives.
- Achieve product distribution in all Trade channels as per the recommended portfolio to optimize sales & increase market share.
- Maintain wastage under budgeted level to optimize margins.
- Ensure all TC/ credit customers are in line with company policy to avoid any financial loss to company.
- Set/ review targets for salesmen to achieve overall target objective of the area.
Requirements:
- Must be holding Diploma Certificate/ preferred bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years sales experience in Supervisory role in van sales environment preferably FMCG business.
- Key accounts handling experience
- Very good computer skills and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.
- Must have competencies such as: Communication Skills, selling capability, negotiation and problem-solving skills, Influencing skills.
