Clinic Coordinator – Algester Vets

We’re looking for a Clinic Coordinator to join our well-established Algester Vet team.
Our small, experienced crew works together like clockwork. They’re skilled, supportive of each other, and love what they do. What we need now is someone who can keep the wheels turning, making sure the rosters work, the shelves are stocked, and the clinic runs like a well-oiled machine.
You won’t be left to do it all on your own; you’ll have the backing of our Operations Manager, and Lead Vet and Owner. But you’ll also have the freedom to make decisions, solve little hiccups before they become big ones, and keep the day flowing.
Your day will include:
- Coordinating daily operations and rosters
- Supporting a happy, capable veterinary and nursing team
- Keeping client service and patient care standards high
- Managing stock, supplies, and admin tasks
- Working with leadership to make the clinic even better
