As we continue to grow, we are hiring a
part-time employee (25 hours per week) to join our team as a
remote Recruiting & Administrative Support. This role works collaboratively across the team to be an assistant in candidate recruitment through reach-outs. In this supportive role, you would be working closely with the recruiting team to understand the hiring needs and actively use multiple avenues to search and reach out to potential job seekers. You would also provides admin and project support to the leadership team. You would operate behind the scenes to support and does not involve conducting interviews or participating in client-facing interactions.

Our Ideal Hire Brings - Experience in the agriculture or horticulture industry in more than one sector (crop inputs, sales, agronomy, livestock, animal nutrition, genetics, seed, ornamentals, farming or any other sector of ag)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Ability to work a daytime schedule, 5 days a week, Mon- Friday (i.e. 9am - 2pm M-F)
Your Focus Areas - Work closely with the recruiters and sales team to acquire an understanding of the job requirements, company, competencies, skills, and knowledge we are searching for
- Strategically and proactively research and source candidates utilizing a range of online tools, software systems, and available resources
- Utilize taught advanced sourcing techniques to uncover candidates
- Develop personalized outreach messages for each role
- Coordinate candidate pipeline and responses from reach-outs
- Adhere to recruiting SOPs and maintain an accurate applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Work closely with the leadership team on administrative projects that support sales, marketing and training
