Holganix is seeking a
Regional Sales Manager to lead a cross-functional regional sales team dedicated to transforming how farmers improve soil health, increase yields, and reduce input dependency through regenerative solutions. This is a territory-based, remote leadership role with regular regional travel.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll coach and develop high-performing sales representatives, facilitate impactful grower meetings, and act as a trusted regional face of Holganix. You will drive the adoption of our Bio 800+ technology and lead your team toward delivering real, measurable outcomes on soil health and farm profitability.

Job Duties - Lead and coach a high-performing regional sales team through weekly 1:1s, field ride-alongs, and ongoing training
- Host and present at grower meetings during spring and fall seasons, building trust and awareness
- Drive strategic planning and execution for your territory’s growth and retention goals
- Facilitate weekly team meetings to review key metrics, pipeline activity, and growth opportunities
- Manage team dashboard performance across KPIs such as demos, soil tests, and customer engagements
- Support CRM compliance, campaign execution, and resource coordination across departments
- Design and implement recognition systems and rituals to fuel a winning team culture
Job Requirements - 5+ years of experience in sales leadership and team development
- Proven ability to lead others, inspire performance, and create accountability
- Strong communication and facilitation skills; comfortable leading in public settings
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to manage P&L, compensation plans, and team operations
- Comfort with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
- Territory-based with regional travel (valid driver’s license required)
