Job Description: Our client is seeking a confident Senior Vet Surgeon to take on a sole charge position at their Croydon branch. This role provides the opportunity to lead day-to-day practice life while being supported by a strong regional management team and nearby hospital services for more complex referrals.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading clinical duties within the branch and supporting colleagues
- Carrying out consultations, surgeries, and case management independently
- Providing mentorship and guidance to an additional vet in the region
- Collaborating with hospital specialists for referrals and OOH support
- Building long-term relationships with clients and their pets
