Qualifications Needed:
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Minimum 4 years’ UK small animal practice experience
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a clinical team
- Competence in routine soft tissue surgery, diagnostics, and case management
- Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills
