Job Description: An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to step into a Lead Vet role at Muswell Hill. This position offers the autonomy to shape and guide the practice’s clinical direction, while working closely with a skilled nursing and reception team and receiving support from the wider network.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing consultations, diagnostics, and routine surgeries for small animal patients
- Leading and mentoring the practice team to ensure high clinical standards
- Building and maintaining client relationships with clear, compassionate communication
- Overseeing case management and supporting complex cases with confidence
- Collaborating with the Practice Manager to enhance both patient care and clinic performance
Package:
- Salary up to £65,000 DOE with Lead Vet contribution scheme
