\r\n\t \r\n\r\n\tOur client, is expanding their sales force and seeking an experienced individual to be the Canadian Regional Sales Manager. Reporting to the North American Sales Manager, the Canadian Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for growing the dealer network and growing the business within their territory.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tThe position will primarily support and expand the sales network in North America through the active sale and marketing of their irrigation and manure handling equipment.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tRESPONSIBILITIES:\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\tSupport and expand the sales and dealer network in Canada\r\n\t\r\n\t\tAttend industry trade shows to promote products and develop relationships\r\n\t\r\n\t\tDevelop customer and dealer relationships\r\n\t\r\n\t\tResponsible for all KPIs to help drive sales volume, customer service and profitability\r\n\t\r\n\t\tTravel for territory development and to help expand the dealer network\r\n\t\r\n\t\tProvide guidance and knowledge and expertise to dealers about the products\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\tDESIRED PROFILE:\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\t5+ years of experience as a sales manager or account manager\r\n\t\r\n\t\tExperience in agriculture\r\n\t\r\n\t\tA successful track-record in agricultural equipment sales, agronomy, or dairy industries\r\n\t\r\n\t\tStrong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills\r\n\t\r\n\t\tPost-secondary education in related field or equivalent business experience\r\n\t\r\n\t\tValid passport and drivers license are required\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\tInterested in this Opportunity?
