Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated veterinarian to join as either an Associate or Medical Director at a full-service small animal practice in Ceres. The role includes performing hands-on clinical care across wellness, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and geriatric care, while also offering leadership opportunities for those inclined toward medical direction.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering wellness exams, vaccinations, preventive medicine, and routine diagnostics for small animals
- Performing dental and surgical procedures as appropriate and medically indicated
- Overseeing or contributing to medical protocols, quality assurance, and clinical standards
- Mentoring and supporting associates and clinical staff where applicable
- Interacting with clients to clearly explain treatment options, diagnostics results, and ongoing care plans
