You will:
- Play a key role in sowing seeds, spacing plants, and helping them thrive from day one.
- Spot signs of pests or diseases early and work with the team to protect crop health.
- Operate machinery safely and confidently, and help keep equipment in top condition.
- Stay on top of hygiene and food safety standards to ensure only the best reaches people's tables.
- Support sustainability by managing waste and helping us recycle wherever we can.
- Be part of a team that listens, learns, and supports each other to do great work-every day.
- Take pride in keeping our workspaces clean, efficient, and audit-ready.
You don't need to know everything on day one. If you're keen to learn, we'll give you all the training and support you need-from biological controls to lean manufacturing techniques.
