At Vitacress Herbs, we're proud of our industry-leading glasshouse site, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Agronomist who shares our love for great crops and even better collaboration.
As our Senior Agronomist at Vitacress, you'll lead and inspire our agronomy team - to deliver healthy, thriving crops. You'll take ownership of our Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programme, tackle plant health issues head-on, and keep a close eye on crop nutrition and fertigation. You'll work closely with growing teams to fine-tune conditions and make sure every plant has what it needs to flourish.
You'll drive research and development, find better ways of doing things, and push the boundaries of sustainable crop production. From managing audits to improving substrates and liaising with suppliers, you'll be involved in every aspect of our pioneering horticultural journey.
We're looking for someone who's technically skilled, curious, and ready to make a long-term impact - someone who enjoys leading others, making confident decisions and working in a team that genuinely cares about quality and the planet.
