\r\n\r\nJob ID: R2000610971 \r\n \r\n\r\nJob  Description:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAs the Senior Manager in the Enterprise Integration, the objective is to own the successful technical delivery of projects and services for our customers by working directly with key business partners, executives and project teams. You also play a technical lead role on initiatives and as such must drive the vision and alignment of the solution delivery and deliver business functionalities using existing data lake and make it more scalable and robust.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat You'll Do:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tLead a team of software engineers onshore and offshore to deliver on business objectives.\r\n\tWork with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements, ensuring smooth data flow across systems and applications.\r\n\tTroubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, maintaining high availability and performance of integration workflows.\r\n\tCollaborate closely with external partners who support our integration platforms to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business goals.\r\n\tPromote best practices for integration design, monitoring, and maintenance, including comprehensive documentation and knowledge sharing.\r\n\tEvaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to enhance the integration landscape.\r\n\tMentor team members and provide technical leadership in integration and cloud architecture.\r\n\t \r\n\r\n\r\nWhat you bring:\r\n\r\n\r\n\t10+ years of experience in enterprise integration, with at least 7 years focused on IBM ACE, IBM MQ, and MQFTE.\r\n\tProven expertise in Cleo and Attunity or similar tools for data integration and file transfer solutions.\r\n\tUnderstanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their integration capabilities.\r\n\tFamiliarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for building sustainable integration solutions.\r\n\tExperience with API management, message queues, and event-driven architectures.\r\n\tStrong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and integration tasks.\r\n\tCollaborative and resilient, skilled at encouraging strong, positive relationships with partners.\r\n\tExceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to optimizing integration processes.\r\n\tExcellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\r\n\tAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat Loblaw Offers You\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWe offer flexibility and balance, and an environment that sets you up for success no matter where your workspace is located.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nHere, you will find a phenomenal team to help you achieve your goals as you help us achieve ours!
