This contract Community Specialist will play a pivotal role in fostering a strong and engaged community around our brand, products, or services. Your primary objective will be to build relationships, facilitate meaningful interactions, and create a sense of belonging among community members. Through your strategic initiatives, you will enhance brand loyalty, drive user engagement, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat you’ll do\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCommunity building, social listening, escalation, and issues management \r\n\tCompile and evangelize results, learnings, and best practices\r\n\tAct as the internal voice of the customer\r\n\tShow measurable results in community engagement and growth. \r\n\tBe the primary point of contact for our community and address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback\r\n\tMonitor social media channels and our community to identify and resolve issues, escalating them when necessary\r\n\tMonitor social media channels and our community to identify brand champions and user generated content\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat you’ll need\r\n\r\n\r\n\tProven community management experience\r\n\tDemonstrated social media expertise from strategy through execution\r\n\tDeep understanding of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) \r\n\tWorking knowledge of social media tools (Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.) \r\n\tExcellent writing and editing skills\r\n\tPost-secondary education, with social media, digital marketing, or PR certification\r\n\tA passion for food, home, and/or beauty\r\n\tExercise sound judgment to issue resolution of day-to-day operational challenges\r\n\tAbility to work with autonomy, follow instructions and work as part of an integrated team\r\n\tAbility to execute with flawless detail while keeping visibility of the broader strategy \r\n\tFlexibility in availability during evenings and weekends\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nHow you’ll succeed\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nIn our Loblaw Marketing department, we seek great people to continually strengthen our culture.
