\r\n\r\nJob ID: R2000590312 \r\n \r\n\r\nJob Description:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nLoblaws Companies Ltd. is currently seeking highly motivated candidates to fill the position of Analyst, Customer Service in Accounts Receivables within our Enterprise Business Services team. This position interacts with internal and external customers to provide information in response to inquiries. The analyst will be involved in implementing process improvement initiatives to better serve the customers.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\n\tManaging database records and drafting status reports on customer service issues\r\n\tLead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency; set process standards where appropriate\r\n\tUpdate process flowcharts for reference and training purposes.\r\n\tBecome subject matter expert (SME) in the Customer Service module of HighRadius\r\n\tMaintain relationships with other internal departments as well as client base to improve business performance.\r\n\tMonitor and ensure all master data meets company Data Standards\r\n\tLead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency; set process standards where appropriate\r\n\tAnalyze and summarize Master Data issues to prepare appropriate solutions/clarifications to respond to customers.\r\n\tMaintain relationships with other internal departments as well as client base to improve business performance\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nRequirements and Skills\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPrevious applicable industry experience, minimum 3 years or a combination of education and experience.\r\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills\r\n\tPossess a customer centric mindset and have ability to negotiate positive outcomes for both the business and the customer.\r\n\tStrong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask daily activities in a fast-paced environment.\r\n\tAnalytical and problem-solving skills\r\n\tStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills with ability to develop strong relationships\r\n\tAbility to delegate work and follow up for completion\r\n\tStrong working knowledge with Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams working in a Windows environment.\r\n\tFamiliarity with SAP, HighRadius and Microstrategy systems considered an asset.\r\n\tAbility to work independently or as part of a larger team\r\n\tSelf-motivated and agile to work remotely when possible\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhy work at Shoppers Drug Mart?\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nActing as consultants, supporting internal customers and the Associate-Owners, you will get experience unique to the retail industry while working for an award-winning national brand.
