\r\n\r\nJob ID: R2000609307 \r\n \r\n\r\nJob Description:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWe are currently seeking highly motivated candidates to fill the position of Customer Service Co-Ordinator, Accounts Receivable within our Enterprise Business Services team. Reporting out of the Toronto office, the role will support the Customer Experience Team by efficiently and effectively answering calls using a variety of soft skills and process knowledge to ensure that customers' queries are swiftly resolved.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAnswering calls about customer billing, statements, and charges on the account, processing payments, and updating records on customer accounts.\r\n\tUtilize soft skills to resolve customer escalations and manage customer experiences effectively. Keep track of outbound call requirements and notify customers as necessary to update them.\r\n\tUse soft skills to speak with customers / POA about outstanding charges on the account as well as processing outstanding payments via Moneris / Third Party Payment Portal and updating Customer Accounts.\r\n\tProcessing cheque payments, sending payment received notifications, and updating customer accounts.\r\n\tPrinting statement requests, exporting statements as PDF, mailing or emailing statements as per customer request.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe candidate should possess the following skills:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAt least 1 year of experience in Customer Service Experience\r\n\tPossess a customer-centric mindset and have the ability to negotiate positive outcomes for both the business and the customer.\r\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills.\r\n\tStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\r\n\tAbility to prioritize and multitask daily activities in a fast-paced environment\r\n\tMust be able to make sound decisions by realistic analysis of all relevant facts and provide advice to Management outlining the pros and cons of escalated collection actions.\r\n\tStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to develop strong relationships\r\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.\r\n\tAbility to work independently or as part of a larger team\r\n\tBilingual French language skills are considered an asset\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nLoblaw recognizes Canada's diversity as a source of national pride and strength.
