Your Role: Pet Health Assistant Brand Manager, Data & Insights – Parasiticides
This role is designed to empower the Parasiticide Brand team with data-driven insights that elevate strategic decision-making and unlock brand growth. You will collect, analyze, and interpret complex performance data to translate it into clear recommendations. You will also support brand planning, project execution, and material coordination as a key analytical and operational partner for the team.
Your Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary support resource for marketing data questions, delivering insights that enhance brand strategy and product understanding.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visual communications to track KPIs across campaigns, sales trends, and brand performance.
• Collect, synthesize, and analyze data from sales, market research, digital analytics, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
• Support forecasting, modeling, and scenario planning efforts with data-driven inputs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage projects, drive promotional material workflow, and support general brand operations.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or data analysis. Strong internships or academic analytics projects may also be considered.
• Skills: Proven analytical ability, strong communication, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and solid project management capability.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; Elanco does not anticipate providing sponsorship for this position.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred qualifications)
• Experience in animal health marketing or brand management in a regulated industry.
• Proficiency with syndicated data sources and/or Animalytix.
• Experience collaborating with advertising agencies.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong problem-solving skills with foundational knowledge of statistical analysis.
