Your Role: HRCA Change Management & Communications Academic Worker
In your role as the HRCA Change Management & Communications Academic Worker, you’ll work alongside the TA Operations Director to support key HRCA initiatives by translating and localizing project materials. You will play a critical role in enabling a smooth change management experience by helping create and adapt clear, effective communication resources for HR Business Partners, managers, and employees.
Your Responsibilities:
Support the translation and localization of HRCA project materials to ensure clarity and consistency across audiences
Assist in the development of management and communication resources for HRBPs, managers, and employees
Help format, design, and enhance presentation and communication materials
Partner with project stakeholders to ensure materials align with change objectives and communication timelines
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: High School Diploma or GED and currently enrolled in an undergraduate college or university
Required Experience: Bilingual proficiency (written and verbal) required. Experience creating or editing presentation or communication materials
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
A self-starter with ability to manage multiple competing tasks
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Prior experience working in Canva or Adobe’s creative suite
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and foster relationships
Additional Information:
Hours: ~10-20 hours a week as academic schedule and project work allows
Location: This is a remote (campus-based), proximity to Global Elanco Headquarters – Indianapolis, IN is preferred
