Job Description: Our client is seeking a confident Small Animal Vet Surgeon to join a high-demand first-opinion setting with a large and varied caseload. This role is well suited to a veterinarian who enjoys a fast-paced clinical environment and is motivated by hands-on case exposure across both consultations and routine procedures.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a high-volume consultation schedule with efficiency and clinical accuracy
- Carrying out routine surgical procedures within individual competence levels
- Maintaining detailed and compliant clinical records for continuity of care
- Making timely referrals when cases require additional support
- Contributing to a cooperative and supportive working environment
Qualifications Needed:
- RCVS registration or eligibility to register in the UK
- Experience within small animal general practice preferred
- Confidence working within a busy clinical setting
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A proactive and adaptable clinical mindset
