Job Description: Our client is seeking a confident and driven Senior Small Animal Vet Surgeon to step into a sole-charge general practice position within a well-established first-opinion environment. The position combines hands-on clinical work with senior oversight, offering responsibility across consultations, routine surgery, and day-to-day decision-making. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting another veterinarian working across nearby locations, ensuring continuity, guidance, and a consistent clinical approach.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading daily clinical activity within a sole-charge general practice setting

Qualifications Needed:
- RCVS registration or eligibility to register in the UK
- Strong experience within small animal general practice
- Confidence working independently in a sole-charge role
- Interest in leadership, mentoring, and team support
- Clear communication skills with clients and colleagues
