Primary Duties
- Drive implementation of Icertis product solutions across multiple clients, overseeing project tasks to ensure delivery within agreed-upon scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and deliver solutions that meet key business objectives.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional specifications and systems design.
- Act as a secondary escalation point for complex functional or technical issues during the project lifecycle.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Own system configuration and deployment activities across simultaneous customer engagements.
- Manage project-related risks concerning people, technology, and processes; perform regular monitoring and quality checks to ensure project success.
- Contribute to knowledgebase development, documentation, and internal consulting capability within the Professional Services group.
- Build relationships with client counterparts, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement and post-implementation support.
- Provide feedback to product teams for continuous improvement based on customer experience and implementation learnings.
Solution Design
- Design right-fit solutions by working closely with business users, leveraging the full capabilities of the Icertis platform to address customer requirements.
- Validate solutions for feasibility, scalability, and maintainability through the lifecycle of customer engagements.
- Guide creation and optimization of functional specifications, user stories, and process documents.
Configuration
- Lead and execute all configuration tasks, including templates, business rules, workflow automation, and integration with connected systems.
- Assist in the migration and mapping of data from legacy systems to the Icertis platform during deployments.
- Ensure proper documentation and version control of configuration artifacts.
Platform Maintenance
- Support post-implementation activities such as upgrades, enhancements, issue resolution, and user training.
- Monitor platform usage to ensure optimal performance and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose automation or changes to drive efficiency.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, promoting a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Contribute towards internal knowledge sharing, capability building, and professional development initiatives within the team.

Work Experience:- 4+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ full‑cycle enterprise implementations
- Strong understanding of contract management or supply chain applications (preferred)
- Skilled in requirements analysis, solution design, and configuration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to interpret business trends and propose actions
- Experience with reporting, data warehousing, and analytics (advantageous)
- Exposure to Icertis CLM, CLM solutions, or enterprise SaaS platforms (preferred)
- Knowledge of cloud environments and third‑party integration patterns (beneficial)
Education Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or another technical/analytical field.
