Position Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our London, Ohio facility. This role is responsible for shipping and receiving agricultural products, order fulfillment, inventory support, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment. This is a hands-on position with opportunities for growth in a stable agricultural business.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick, build, stage, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, unload, and properly store incoming shipments
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed)
- Maintain accurate paperwork for shipping, receiving, and inventory
- Assist with monthly inventory counts
- Keep warehouse, equipment, and grounds clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Assist with general facility and equipment maintenance as needed
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse functions to support team efficiency
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse, agriculture, or material-handling experience preferred but not required
- Forklift experience a plus (certification can be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak agricultural seasons
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to lift, move, and load products in a warehouse setting
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions at times
- Fast-paced environment during peak seasons
