Position Summary
We are seeking a Delivery & Warehouse Associate with a Class A CDL and Hazmat endorsement to join our team. This role is responsible for the safe, timely delivery of agricultural products and supporting daily warehouse operations. This is a local position - our drivers are home every night.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Transportation
- Maintain a current Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement
- Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT and Hazmat regulations
- Maintain accurate ELD/eLog records
- Ensure all loads are properly loaded, secured, placarded, and documented
- Complete accurate and timely customer deliveries by coordinating with sales and office staff
- Maintain a clean driving record and professional appearance
Warehouse & Operations
- Assist with picking, building, and staging customer orders
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory counts, and monthly inventory
- Help maintain equipment and facilities in clean, working conditions
- Support facility and equipment repairs as needed
- Cross-train with team members to support overall operational efficiency
General Expectations
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement
- Clean driving record (must meet insurance requirements)
- Previous delivery, warehouse, or agricultural experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasonal periods
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to lift, load, and move products in a warehouse environment
- Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions
- Long hours may be required during busy agricultural seasons
