Plastpac, a manufacturer of innovative Eco Crate Boxes, is expanding and looking for a high-impact sales professional with strong relationships in the produce industry to drive significant market growth.
This is not a typical sales position. We are seeking a hunter and relationship builder who understands the produce supply chain and has direct connections with growers, packers, and distributors. The right individual will play a key role in expanding Plastpac’s footprint while representing a product line positioned for strong growth as the industry moves toward more sustainable packaging solutions.

Your Impact
• Developing new business opportunities with produce growers, packers, and distributors
• Leveraging existing relationships to introduce Plastpac’s Eco Crate solutions
• Expanding sales within existing accounts while building new strategic partnerships
• Identifying emerging market opportunities and developing effective sales strategies
• Representing Plastpac at industry trade shows, conferences, and key networking events
• Providing market insight to help guide product development and strategic growth
• Working closely with leadership to help scale the company’s sales organization
What We’re Looking For
• Established relationships within the produce industry
• Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals
• Strong understanding of the produce supply chain and packaging needs
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a growth environment
• Experience in produce packaging or agricultural packaging is a significant asset
