\r\n\r\nJob ID: R2000597772 \r\n \r\n\r\nJob Description:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAs the Technical Product Manager, you are a creative problem-solver with a passion for the health of Canadian's and delivering top notch applications. You will work closely with our Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Partnership teams to collect business requirements, define solutions and facilitate communication.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe Technical Product Manager will demonstrate strong business analysis skills and technical savvy. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to define the value of product MVPs and own definition of user stories.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat You’ll Do:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBe responsible for the product backlog including daily prioritization, grooming, writing user stories, defining new features and generally keeping the dev team unblocked and running as fast as possible.\r\n\tUnderstand user problems and translate them into clear technical specifications for our development teams.\r\n\tCritically assess feature requests and requirements to eliminate the non-essential.\r\n\tConduct regular feedback sessions to ensure we are prioritizing the features that deliver the most value to the business.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat you Bring:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tA solid understanding of product management principles and a set of tried & true methodologies\r\n\tYou can easily build connections and have led large, cross functional teams working to solve complex problems and build great products\r\n\tA customer first approach to building products, using research and data paired with empathy to build experiences that create customer stickiness\r\n\tAn entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done\r\n\tA growth mindset – you know there’s always a better way to do things and are willing to challenge the status quo\r\n\tUnderstanding of FHIR preferred\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nOur commitment to Sustainability and Social Impact is an essential part of the way we do business, and we focus our attention on areas where we can have the greatest impact.
