\r\nOur client is seeking a hands-on Bakery Supervisor to lead and inspire their team while ensuring high quality products and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you’ll oversee daily bakery operations, maintain food safety and quality standards, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced, innovative environment.\r\n\r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tLead and motivate bakery team members, assigning tasks to meet production goals.\r\n\tEnsure adherence to food safety, health, and company standards.\r\n\tSupport hands-on production and share expertise for best practices.\r\n\tMonitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.\r\n\tTrain staff, manage schedules, and document performance metrics.\r\n\tCollaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance productivity.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nQualifications:\r\n\r\n\r\n\t5+ years’ experience in bakery/food manufacturing; leadership experience preferred.\r\n\tPost-secondary education preferred, but not essential\r\n\tStrong understanding of food safety, GMP, and production processes.\r\n\tExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.\r\n\tProficient in MS Office and ability to manage production schedules.\r\n\r\n
