In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service to customers and technicians.\r\n\r\nYou will handle day-to-day parts enquiries on agricultural machinery and specialist vegetable equipment, ensuring accurate advice and timely solutions.\r\n\r\nYou’ll manage orders from start to finish—processing, dispatching, and following up—while providing expert guidance on our products and services.\r\n\r\nWhether face-to-face or over the phone, you’ll be the trusted link that keeps our customers’ operations running smoothly.\r\n\r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\n\r\n Assist customers and technicians with parts queries and orders\r\n\r\nProvide knowledgeable advice on agricultural and specialist vegetable machinery parts\r\n\r\nEnsure accurate processing of orders, payments, and stock control\r\n\r\nHandle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally\r\n\r\nMaintain and update parts inventory to ensure availability\r\n\r\nLiaise with suppliers to source and order parts when required\r\n\r\nContribute to achieving sales targets and upselling opportunities\r\n\r\nDeliver excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently\r\n\r\n\r\nYour Profile:\r\n\r\n Strong communication skills \r\n\r\nGood knowledge of agricultural machinery (specialist vegetable machinery desirable)\r\n\r\nRetail/showroom experience (desirable)\r\n\r\nAbility to work under pressure in a busy Agricultural dealership branch\r\n\r\nCompetent with IT systems\r\n\r\nExcellent numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail\r\n\r\nTeam player with the ability to work independently\r\n\r\n\r\nWhat to expect:\r\n\r\nCompetitive salary package \r\n\r\n 32 days annual leave \r\n\r\nWorkplace Pension\r\n
