This role offers variety – from visiting farms and advising on machinery options to attending industry events and showcasing the latest products on the market. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nCombine technical know-how with relationship-building, making a real impact in the agricultural community while driving growth for a leading dealership.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\n\r\nDrive new and existing sales of agricultural machinery and equipment within your area.\r\n\r\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers.\r\n\r\nAchieve Sales Performance targets in-line with company objectives.\r\n\r\nAttend customer events and represent the dealership professionally.\r\n\r\nDemonstrate and install equipment where required and ensure a first-class customer experience.\r\n\r\nUtilise in-depth product knowledge across all brands. \r\n\r\nUphold the company's reputation for excellent customer service levels.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAbout you:\r\n\r\n Solid knowledge of the agricultural industry, machinery and implements.\r\n\r\nWhile direct on farm sales experience is preferred commercially minded service or parts professionals will be considered. \r\n\r\nTarget-driven, persuasive, and confident in closing deals on farm.\r\n\r\nExcellent communication skills – face-to-face and over the phone.\r\n\r\nSelf-motivated, organised, and able to work independently and as a team in the branch.\r\n\r\nWilling to travel across territory area. \r\n\r\nFull UK driving licence.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat to expect:\r\n\r\nCompetitive salary plus commission\r\n\r\nCompany car\r\n\r\n 32 days annual leave \r\n\r\nWorkplace Pension\r\n
