You will be getting out on farm, face to face with farmers and advising them on how to optimise herd performance and health.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nIn this organisation, your voice would be heard. From getting to know everyone in the organisation to having a say in terms of which bulls the company keeps for breeding.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey responsibilities:\r\n\r\n• Understanding what products that are offered can help the herd\r\n\r\n• Provide expert guidance on genetic planning\r\n\r\n• Identifying areas for growth in both herd performance and nutrition\r\n\r\n• Understand a herd’s performance and breeding goals\r\n\r\n• advise on strategies best suited for the herd’s goal\r\n\r\n• Build relationships with your customer base\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nDesirable Skillset Includes:\r\n\r\n• Practical experience and knowledge of dairy or beef cattle\r\n\r\n• Ability to understand and build trust with farmers\r\n\r\n• A passion for animal genetics and farm success\r\n\r\n• Ability to convey technical information\r\n\r\n• Sales experience or the hunger to sell\r\n\r\n• Full driving licence\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat you will receive:\r\n\r\n• Salary dependant on experience\r\n\r\n• Lucrative commission and bonus scheme\r\n\r\n• Opportunity for growth\r\n\r\n• Having a voice when it comes to best practice\r\n\r\n\r\n
