While an existing ledger would be desirable, the role will utilise your ability to gather key market insights and feed into the company's wider commercial strategy.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey responsibilities:\r\n\r\nDevelop and expand distribution networks among agricultural machinery dealerships and key accounts.\r\n\r\nManage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact through to aftersales and long-term relationship building.\r\n\r\nLeverage your technical knowledge to educate and support dealers on product capabilities and ROI.\r\n\r\nCollaborate closely with the factory, marketing, and senior leadership to shape commercial strategy.\r\n\r\nAttend machinery trade shows, demo days, and on-farm trials to showcase product performance.\r\n\r\nProvide market intelligence to influence product development and strategic direction.\r\n\r\nEnsure excellent customer support and service delivery.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\nYour profile:\r\n\r\nProven commercial experience in slurry machinery or a closely related field (e.g. anaerobic digestion, land spreading machinery).\r\n\r\nExisting network of agricultural machinery dealer relationships would be highly desirable.\r\n\r\nStrong technical understanding of slurry handling systems, including hydraulics, flow rates, and application technologies.\r\n\r\nAbility to drive sales growth through consultative selling and technical credibility.\r\n\r\nTeam-oriented, proactive, and commercially astute.\r\n\r\nFull UK driving licence.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\nWhat you can expect:\r\n\r\nCompetitive base salary + performance bonus + commission.\r\n\r\nCompany vehicle or car allowance.\r\n\r\nCareer development and CPD opportunities.\r\n\r\nTake on 20 existing accounts with significant scope to grow.\r\n\r\n28 days annual leave.\r\n
