\r\n\r\nJob ID: R2000568917 \r\n \r\n\r\nJob Description:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWe currently have an open position for an Analyst, Real Estate to be based out of the Loblaw Head Office (1 Presidents Choice Circle, Brampton) office! Reporting to the Sr. Director of Real Estate, the Analyst, Real Estate is responsible for producing, capital approval decks, managing a variety of Real Estate Databases and assisting the team with new store agreements. The job requires travel (approx. 15% of the time) throughout Canada.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAccountabilities:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCoordinates and organizes general administrative support for the Real Estate Team – Data Entry, Travel Bookings, Filing, Meeting Support;\r\n\tCreation and management of Excel charts, Databases (Tango, The Source, BIM), and SharePoint to assist and improve the operational processes of the Real Estate Team;\r\n\tDevelop relationships with developers and landlords across Central & Western Canada;\r\n\tAssist in the preparation approval committee presentations;\r\n\tAssist the team to prepare real estate contracts, Letters of Intent, Offers to Lease and Lease Amendments;\r\n\tAssist the Sr. Director of Real Estate with new store leases and purchase and sale agreements;\r\n\tNegotiate rental rates for up-coming lease renewals for all Loblaw banners;\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nRole Requirements:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPost-Secondary Education is required;\r\n\tExperience in commercial real estate industry is helpful;\r\n\tExcellent PowerPoint & Excel skills\r\n\tAbility to work optimally with multiple teams;\r\n\tStrong problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills;\r\n\tPhenomenal communicator (both oral and written);\r\n\tExcellent self-starter and independent worker;\r\n\tAccess to a vehicle daily\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nOur commitment to Sustainability and Social Impact is an essential part of the way we do business, and we focus our attention on areas where we can have the greatest impact.
