Like now.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\n\r\n\r\n\tHandle all aspects of copywriting (strategize, ideate, conceptualize, message strategy, write, edit), collaborating with Associate Creative Director as needed\r\n\tLead presentations of creative concepts and messaging to various marketing teams and Senior Management\r\n\tIncorporate research findings provided by the consumer insights team to ensure concepts are insights-driven\r\n\tKeep abreast of social and advertising trends, consumer surveys and other data regarding marketing specific to goods and services\r\n\tUse organizational skills to maintain systems/processes that provide structure to workflow of copy within the creative department\r\n\tContribute to the creative process, by generating ideas for marketing initiatives\r\n\tAdjust writing tone, language and message to address different channels based on audiences and insights\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat You’ll Bring\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMinimum 5+ years’ experience copywriting, advertising or communications, ideally in an agency environment\r\n\tExtreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to use minimal character counts to maximum effect\r\n\tUnderstanding of industry best practices and expertise in social content creation and digital marketing\r\n\tAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects\r\n\tConfident in presenting and articulating their work\r\n\tTeam player – able to collaborate with all levels of internal and external partners\r\n\tAbility to present and justify creative ideas and concepts\r\n\tKnowledge of the marketplace and industries we operate in, creative strategy, and the competitive landscape\r\n\tA passion for big idea thinking and telling stories\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nOur commitment to Sustainability and Social Impact is an essential part of the way we do business, and we focus our attention on areas where we can have the greatest impact.
