In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and implementing seamless integrations across various Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment & Workday Time Tracking. You will be a key contributor in working with teams to comprehend their requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the seamless flow of data between Workday and other enterprise systems.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat You’ll Do:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPartner with business stakeholders and technical teams to evaluate integration requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.\r\n\tDesign, develop, and deploy Workday integrations using a variety of tools and technologies, including Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Orchestration for Integrations and APIs.\r\n\tDevelop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integrations, ensuring clarity and ease of maintenance.\r\n\tConduct thorough testing of integrations, including unit testing, system integration testing, and performance testing, to ensure quality and reliability.\r\n\tTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to identify and address root causes.\r\n\tStay abreast of the latest Workday releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve integration design and development processes.\r\n\tLeverage your expertise in Workday Extend to build custom applications and extensions that enhance the functionality and user experience within Workday.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat you Bring:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tProven experience as a Workday Integration Developer with a thorough comprehension of Workday's architecture, security model, and integration frameworks.\r\n\tHands-on experience developing integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Orchestration for Integrations and APIs.\r\n\tComprehensive knowledge of integration patterns, data transformation techniques, and error handling mechanisms.\r\n\tExperience with web services (REST, SOAP), XML, JSON, and XSLT.\r\n\tDemonstrated proficiency in Workday Extend, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to build custom applications and extensions. (Preferred not Mandatory)\r\n\tExcellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\r\n\tBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\r\n\tWorkday Integration Pro Certification – Required\r\n\tWorkday Extend Certification – Preferred / Nice to have\r\n\tProven experience implementing or consulting on Workday implementation projects.\r\n\tStrong integration development experience across HR-related domains, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and orchestrations.\r\n\tHands-on experience with any other integration platforms such as Workato or Boomi is preferred.\r\n\tExperience working in a fast-paced, agile, and adaptive development environment.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nIf you’re up to the challenge, then we would love to hear from you.
